The free read

One appointment, read back to you.

You send one transcript, the one your recording software already makes. It goes through the same system every client appointment does, I review what decided the deal, and a written read comes back. No call is required to get it, there’s no pitch inside the document, and there’s nothing to sign.

What you send

One transcript, and two sentences of context.

The useful appointment is usually the one you can’t figure out: the one that should have closed and didn’t, or the one that closed and then came apart. If handing over a loss feels like a lot for a first contact, send a win. You’d still get a real read back.

One transcript of a real appointment

Your recording software already makes it. Export it and send it as-is; redacted or partial is fine too.

One you were already recording

Nobody needs to start recording on my account, and I’d rather they didn’t.

Two sentences of context

The trade, the rough ticket range, and whether it closed. That’s the whole intake.

Send it over

Fill this out, and I’ll reply with somewhere to send the transcript.

No attachment needed here. You’ll get a private upload link by email, from me, usually the same day.

Rather skip the form? Email matt@appointmentread.com directly. Same result.

You’ll hear back from Matt personally, and I’ll follow up on this request. No “team,” and you can unsubscribe from any of it, any time.

The transcript

What happens to it.

Who sees it

Nobody but me reads it. I use an AI tool (Anthropic’s Claude, under terms that don’t train on your data) to help process it, but every report is written and checked by me before it goes out. The sample on this site is an invented appointment for exactly that reason.

How long it’s kept

I’ll put the deletion schedule in writing before you send anything, and I’ll hold to whatever we agree. If you want it gone the day the read lands, that’s fine.

What comes back

The written read, by email. No call is required to get it and nothing is sold to you inside it. If it’s useful and you want to talk, you know where I am.

If you’d rather send less

A redacted or partial transcript is fine. So is one where the customer’s name never comes up. Please don’t send customer records or addresses alongside it.
